Our Origins

A Story of Hope From Ludewa

It started with one girl. Barefoot, determined, walking to school despite everything working against her. Her story moved a man enough to change his life, and eventually, the lives of over 42,000 people.

That man is now PADECO’s Executive Director, Mr. Wilbard Mwinuka. And that girl is now pursuing her dreams.
